Heading into week four, the Vexillologists had a mere half game lead over Chris Long and the Strikers.  Desperately trying to defend the team had to take on the Kyle Knepp and Strike Force.  All four members of the Vexillologists had pre bowled for this week and the team was over their average every game.  But was it enough to defeat the third place Strike Force?

GAME : 1

Mike and Lindsay dueled it out in game one, staying neck and neck through most of it.  Lindsay finally gained the upper hand and defeated Mike by five pins and shot her first 100 game of the season.  Brett Bieber out-shot Fegley in game one as the Vexillologists lost game one thanks to Kyle Knepp.  The team kept their streak alive, still winless when Lindsay beats out Mike.

GAME : 2

Brett kept his story of inconsistency going as he fell off from his above average first game.  Fegley didn't improve much from his first game but managed to lead the team.  Lindsay topped her first game and reset her high game of the season.  Mike wasn't able to keep up as he lost game two as did the team, still winless when Lindsay beats Mike.

GAME : 3

Fegley again made a drastic comeback in the third game of the series to salvage a 500 and keep his average up.  Brett came back with his high game of the week and capped off a fine series.  Mike also made a comeback and took game three with his highest game of the week.  But in the end it just wasn't enough as the team lost game three by one pin.

RECAP

Lindsay's break out performance caused Mike's Runkel War lead to dwindle (9-7) with her highest series of the season. The team however got swept and not only lost their first place positioning, but also second place as they fell to third.
