Now with a small lead over the rest of the small league, the Vexillologists needed to regroup from last week's brutal beating.  In this week 22, they took on the second place team, Strike Force.  With just 12 weeks to go they desperately needed the win. 

GAME : 1

Fegley lead the team to a decisive win in game one while just a hand-full of pins over average.  Brett followed him up, also over his average which has climbed drastically in the last few weeks.  Lindsay shot her high game of the week and finished over her brother, who was the only team member under average.

GAME : 2

The team shot nineteen pins under their first game and lost game two by a total of eight.  Fegley again lead the team with a game five pins over his first game.  Brett shot his low game of the week with a twenty-five game drop-off from the first game.  Lindsay also shot under her first game but was still over her average and managed to beat her brother.

GAME : 3

Game three was easily the team's highest game of the week, over one hundred pins over the teams average.  Unfortunately, Strike Force shot their highest game of the season which capped the Vexillologists yet again.  Brett lead the team with his highest game of the week, beating out Fegley by one pin.  Mike shot his highest game in quite some time and slaughtered his sister who was a couple pins under her average.

RECAP

Despite losing the third game, Lindsay managed to take three out of four from Mike and increased her lead in the season series of Runkel Wars (47-38-3).The team's first game victory was by a large enough margin to give the Vexillologists a total pinfall and a series split.
